Number 3 of my Digital Essence Series.. :/ Not sure if i like it or not, but oh well, I should scrap it, and start from scratch, but somebody may like it.. ( The first one i did, i accually spelt Essence wrong, and I never fixed it. I never learned english, so bite me.. )
Yeah, she was Binary.. If i make this one into Binary, does that make it better, or worse? I kinda like the color scheme of this one better, and I dunno, it seems more clean compared to the other 3.. the first one i got clutter, and the second one was ehhh.. I just think this one is nice, clean, and plain.. My kind of stuff..
Why is your best not show cased? we talking about full out paints that are 32x32 or bigger? pastells( Spelling? ), I use to like using the chocks and crap.. haven't done it in over 6 years though..
Nrr. Its not too big in truth, its just when you try to scan certain things they dont look good.
I tend to work with a lot of odd objects like shiney candy wrappers, Pastels like you said...Basically anything.
That and when I take pictures; they aren't the greatest.
ahh.. suckage.. I've seen allot of things, but i don't think i've seen shiney candy wrappers, but that sounds like a good idea.. Sounds a bit interesting, to bad you can't post that stuff.. I kind of miss Pastels, they are very beautiful, in the right hands..
I have never has the chance to use oil.. I am sure one of my friends has though.. I have used mostly Pencils, and Chalk.. I love the pencil better, because I love black and white, and when you get a good Grey scale with your pencil, its nice.. but chalk is what i worked with in high school, i wish i had one of my drawnings I did, I took a picture that was 5in x 3 in, of a elephant that blew bubbles out of his trunk, ( Bottom left hand side of the picture, and inside each bubble, a few of the bubbles there was a smaller elephant.. I don't know who the original artist was, but I loved that image, but I redid it in chalk form, in poster size, and had it at school, but one day it got rolled up, and that was a mistake..
Never got heavy into other things, I have seen allot of things, but only tried a few types of things.. and now i just stick with digital, its easy for me, i can carry it with me wherever i go, and work on it during breaks or lunch at work, and etc.. Maybe one day ill get to try other forums of design..
Its also a handicap but then you probally learned that already right?
Example: In my publication design class, our professor from SVA wants us to cut and paste where half the class can do what takes a hour, doing on a computer takes 10 minutes.
I'd like to show you some awesome nature related work from more or less unknown artists which deserve more attention - this is a must see, you won't regret it!!!
Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
I'm a lover of visual impacts. I like brilliant colors and shapes. And I decided to collect a whole stack of deviations that reflect that taste. These pieces showcased below deserve every bit of publicity you can give them. x)P
